Overview
AzAd Mail on azademail.com is licensed per mailbox (user). Each mailbox is assigned a mail storage tier or business planthat sets its quota and included features. Your organization's administrator manages subscriptions, tiers, and billing in the admin console. List prices are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); other currencies on the pricing page are approximate conversions for convenience.
What is included
Entitlements vary by storage tier. In summary:
- Essential 5 GB — AzAdMail webmail only (no IMAP/SMTP, no mobile app, no admin console);
- Workspace tiers (15 GB, 30 GB, 100 GB) — webmail, secure IMAP/SMTP, mobile app entitlement, and admin console access for delegated administrators;
- Personal contacts and organization directory (per admin policy and tier);
- Domain hosting on your verified domain, security policies, and audit logging on eligible workspace tiers;
- Storage quota according to the selected tier.
Optional AzAd CRM is licensed per organization on the workspace site — see azadworkspace.com/subscriptions/.
Products marked "coming soon" are not part of current subscription entitlements until we announce general availability.

Billing periods
- Monthly — Billed each month per active licensed mailbox at the tier assigned to that mailbox.
- Yearly — Billed once per year per mailbox; yearly pricing is discounted versus twelve monthly payments where shown on pricing.
Billing is organization-wide: the admin selects default tiers for new users and may assign different tiers to individual mailboxes where supported.
Changes, upgrades, and downgrades
Administrators can change a mailbox's storage tier in the admin console. During a free trial, upgrades to paid plans are available via payment checkout on the billing page. Upgrades generally take effect immediately and may be prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades may be limited if current usage exceeds the new quota; you may need to remove mail before a lower tier applies. Removing a mailbox or reducing licenses stops future charges for that seat after the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Payment and invoices
AzAd Labs is the seller of AzAd Mail. Online subscription checkout, card processing, tax collection, and customer receipts are provided by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record. Invoices and subscription status are visible to billing administrators in the admin console. Failed payments may lead to reminders and, after a grace period, restricted access to paid features.
Custom and enterprise plans
Organizations needing more than 100 GB per user, dedicated infrastructure, migration projects, or multi-year agreements should contact sales@azadworkspace.com. Custom terms override this page where a signed order form applies.
